Sourced from a vineyard near the town of Lobethal in the cool climate Adelaide Hills region, the Sauvignon Blanc is grown in sandy loam soils on East and South facing slopes resulting in grapes with aromatic fruit and fine acidity.

The Wine

Pale straw with green hints. Vibrant aromas of gooseberry, green apples and kaffir lime leaves. The palate is crisp and refreshing with delicate citrus and passionfruit flavours, grassy hints and crisp mineral acidity - delicious and moreish!
