CONDITIONS OF SALE
Atlas Wines encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. By using our website and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age. You may only subscribe to or take advantage of promotions conducted by this website if you are 18 years of age or over. Delivery of any order from our website must be delivered to and received by a person aged 18 or over.
Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA) - Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $20,000; Expiation fee $1,200), or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or consume liquor (Penalty $1,200; Expiation fee $160).
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars [AUD] and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
DELIVERY (Australia)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Wines are sent via Australia Post's wine delivery service so please allow 3 to 14 business days from shipment for your wine to arrive (more accurate timings can be requested by contacting wine@rabbitandspaghetti.com or Australia Post directly).
While we will attempt to ship your wines as quickly as possible, there may be circumstances that delay shipment, for example, extreme weather. We will try to contact you if this is the case.
Are there any restrictions on deliveries?
Wines must be signed for upon receipt and cannot be signed for by persons under the age of 18 years.
WARNING Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
– To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000).
– For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500).
Can you deliver orders outside Australia?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally.

Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
