Owing to the 2024 vintage, and an incredibly small crop, we were only able to make a very limited amount of Rabbit & Spaghetti Pinot Gris.

Vineyard & Winemaking

Sourced from the Atlas Estate Vineyard at Leasingham in the Clare Valley and supplemented with grower fruit from the Limestone Coast, the growing season was mild and perfect for creating lovely ripe and flavoursome fruit with excellent acidity.

The Wine

Pale straw in colour with ripe aromas of citrus, nectarine and floral hints. The palate is crisp and textural with flavours of Beurre Bosc pear, candied lemon and green apple leading to a satisfyingly refreshing mineral finish.
