The 2025 Clare Valley vintage produced low yields and intensely concentrated fruit, giving this Riesling remarkable clarity, energy, and natural acidity. Carefully sourced from select vineyards across the region, the grapes were handled gently to preserve their lifted citrus aromatics and bright, precise flavour.

Fermented cool to dryness and rested in stainless steel, the wine is focused, pure, and full of vitality — a true expression of Clare Valley Riesling at its best.

The Wine

Pale straw in colour, the wine greets the nose with zesty lemon and citrus blossoms, accented by hints of green apple and sherbet. The palate is ripe yet precise, alive with lime, papaya, and passionfruit, all carried by a fine thread of natural acidity that keeps it fresh and persistent on the finish.

Dry, energetic, and unmistakably Clare Valley — perfect on its own or paired with fresh seafood, vibrant salads, or a relaxed afternoon with friends.
